It’s always exciting to let your (pet) animal painted and of course there will be lot of questions. 
Here are a number of questions who could help you. 

In what size of canvas can I have my pet painted?

There are a lot of posibilities. On a wooden panel I can use the size until 40x50cm. On a linnen canvas the size can be much bigger.

What is more beautiful, a paint made with oil paint or with acrylic paint?

Everybody have a different taste and one person would like an acrylic painting and another person would like an oil painting.

Should I choose a painting on panel or linen canvas?

I can paint more detailed pieces on panel, but the largest size is 40x50 cm, otherwise it would be too heavy.
But the details also come out very well on a portret linen canvas. 
    

Which background color suits my (pet) animal best?

This depends on several factors and personal taste. I can show you some examples and first make a watercolor sketch to show how the painting will look. Together, we can achieve the best result.

 

How long does it take to complete a painting? 

I believe it’s important to deliver a beautiful painting. I need about a month for a acrylic painting and two months for an oil painting due to longer drying times. Depending on the number of orders I have, I can provide a target date. However, there should always be some leeway to make any final adjustments requested to achieve the best possible result. It’s a colloboration between me and the client. 

 

What if I don’t like the painting?

I regularly send photos to the client so they can see how the painting is progressing. This allows me to incorporate any comments early on. It’s an intensive collaboration between me and the client, so we’re sure to achieve a beautiful end result together.
